I was expecting a nightmare but actually it was fast. The line moved along quickly and I was done in about an hour total. 99% of the process is nonsense of course but that's not their fault at this location. All the guards were helpful and the medical certificate was quick.

Safe and fast car registration renewal process. Less than 5 minutes for vehicle inspection and 25 minutes for encoding and payment. Always great when you're in and out of LTO in less than an hour.

Lengthy processing time. Note 1 hour disinfection of LTO offices between 12 and 1pm due to Covid-19.

Face mask and mask are required. Get a number to queue. As your number is called you should wash your hands first. Temperature is checked. Spritz of alcohol is given.

I called their number to check if my license card is available and the woman who answered the call was rude. I hope they train their employee how to have good customer service. This experience happened today September 18, 2017 at 12:40 PM. Whoever it was, I hope you have a good day and enjoying your job.
