Now that social distancing is enforced, there are only about 4 or 5 tables for dine in. Take out counter now takes up most of the area. Stainless steel benches for those waiting for their orders has been added with markers to keep safe distance from each other. They disinfect at the door, take your temperature and have you sign a log book for contact tracing.

As always, Lam Tin doesn't disappoint. We regularly eat at their branch at banawe but a water problem caused it to be close early that day, as with their branch at banawe food taste great, service is great and their food ate given in a huge serving. Also the branch feels more modern and designed better than the other branch. Still love that branch though but this one's really good.

The food is simply astonishing! From Xiao Long Pao to Halo-halo Noodles, I have not come across a dish I didn't enjoy. Surprisingly, the Radish cake, Beef Brisket Rice and Beef Tomato Rice are more filling than they appear. Reasonable prices, a casual and well lit environment and great food make this restaurant worth coming back to.

Great authentic Chinese Food in here. Place is clean and quiet, servings are big, affordable prices for the foods. Great place to eat with big numbers of people. Place can get crowded especially on peak hours.

I ordered chopsuey and lumpiang shanghai for take out. Tastes good. Comparing their portions with similar restaurants, not so good.

Affordable, delicious, and no frills Chinese food. This branch is better than the one in Banawe since this is still pretty new. Loved everything in the menu! Make sure to come early for lunch during weekends since the place gets packed almost instantly.

Highly recommended orders are the Singaporean Bihon, Crispy Chicken, Buttered Chicken, Crispy Canton and the noodle feast. Great for large groups and their prices are affordable.
