I just went to monterey a while ago.. its a bad experience na mamili.. naincounter ko ang mga staft nila.. hope turuan sila ng tamang paghandle sa customer once na may complain specially ang supervisor nila.. but i saw in that moment pinagtulungan pa nila ko.. i want to talk to the owner kasi para saken na customer its hard for me not to treat well.. its looks like im a kitten inside that shop and they are a lions, anytime they will attack me.. common!!!.. where did you get all your staft.. please train them well.. hope management hear this..
