Things were ok until I made a claim on a defective and expensive rear shock on my CX5. They used every technicality to avoid replacing the defective part, even though I had reported it to the Mazda Sta. Rosa branch well within the warranty period. And the Sta Rosa service manager was too scared to stand up for my claim, because he refused to check my suspension without charging me 3k for it. Mazda service continues to be like a second-rate talyer. Too bad, they make good cars but some of their service people have much to be desired. It’s time like this when I really miss Toyota’s Service. Never a disappointment with TOYOTA.
