I am a walk in buyer, I arrived at 1135 am the guard told me to fill up the form asap so I can be assisted before cut off, receptionist told me to sit down without saying anything so I expected that somebody will assist me. I gave msg to my client that I ll be in our meeting place at 1pm -130 only to find out that they planned to entertain me after lunch. They shld let me know before hand that they have no plan to assist me that time to avoid me from informing my client to meet at time indicated above I think kolin only cared about dealers and not walk-in. As a customer relation officer for more than decades, customers shld be treated equally wether regular clients or just a one time buyer like me coz I am considered a free endorser of their products . The next time I will buy an aircon I will choose PANASONIC AGAIN I dont care if it is quite expensive than kolin but atbleast I was treated as satisfactory as I deserved. As a buyer, we are considering the price next is the quality and we forgot the quality of service that they will render soon after we encountered problems. Lastly, I tried to talk to the person in charge for the complaint or shall I say the dissapointments I have right now but they just ignored me. It so sad to tell that kolin practice discrimination based on my experienced.

Hands down worst service you will ever get. Do yourself a favor and buy other brands. Doesnt last long before breaking down, then their servicing's specialty is to make you wait days. Also no system in queuing at their ofc- prepare to waste lots of your time.
Last time I scheduled cleaning services for our A/c, they never arrived. They called the following day to say that they were coming over but I declined. Today, they confirmed cleaning for this morning. Waited and suddenly just minutes ago, they say they can't come over and can we resked. What's the use of setting an appointment when you either never show up or resked last minute?
Its not worth it to buy this brand! I purchased mine last July 2019 and after ONLY 14 months unit stopped working. I am getting E3 Error! Seriously?!! Unacceptable! as per technician the fan motor is already busted! WORST BUY EVER!
Kolin International! please check your philippines offce. Your aftr sales service is very poor ! Warranty does not exist at all. Bad exp. I wont buy kolin anymore. I will tell my friends about my horrible experience

Bought an inverter window type aircon last Sep 2019.So far 4 beses na sya napupuntahan ng technician and paulit ulit ung issues.Hindi lumalamig yung unit kahit ano gawin.Kahit itodo yung fan at ung temperature nya.Saka medu tamad ung mga pnapadala nila na technician kc di nila niccheck ng ayos ung unit pg sinisilip nila...Waste of time and money.Mas okay ibang brand ung bilhin..
