Friendly group of guys very helpful and high quality jujitsu instruction. I spent a entire week training there and picked up some valuable techniques, concepts, and drills. The website says class starts at 10am although they really get started around 11:45 - 12pm. Very knowledgeable definitely worth checking out if your in the Maktai area. Within walking distance to most hotels and Airbnb’s. Front desk staff seem a bit distant don’t worry the guys in the back are awesome!

I live close by so I was excited to join an MMA gym improve my skills. After walking inside and telling the receptionist guy I wanted to join and inquiring about different classes, he stared at me and said nothing. I continuously attempted to have him provide responses to my questions but no words came from his mouth, only a confused look. Nobody else was available to assist me. I’m not sure if it was language barrier or he was nervous to interact with a foreigner but he was not at all helpful. I decided not to pursue joining this gym after this experience. They missed out on my membership and money.

If you are looking to train or compete I highly recommend the KMA gym. As a military member I've dealt with a variety of training throughout the last 8 years and KMA is the best I've seen. The coaches are knowledgeable and expect the most out of you, the staff is friendly and communicative, and the players are BJJ focused and want to learn. Also, very affordable. 5 stars

Horrible gym and instruction. The instructor is not approacheable and he will not allow you to continue if you cant do the lesson. Their membership is insane expensive thats why i paid to learn MMA but it didnt worth my money and time. Dont come in this gym. Instructors are not patient on u

I came in on Sunday and asked if I could do their 7am nogi class on Monday the next day and they confirmed I could. I got here before 7 to beat the traffic and waited close to two hours until they finally opened and told them. I showed them their own timetable saying class was on at 7am and they just blamed traffic and did not give me a solid reason why class still wasn't on with no apology. Very disappointed and annoyed.
