The lines here can get really crowded. The people are already blocking the way. It can help if they will have a proper line to follow so that they'll not block the way.

Got the deal in Metro Deal and it saved time because walk-ins line is long queue when we visited Kidzoona. No bathroom inside the facility, nearest one is on the next lower level and little bit far. However, kidzoona provides drinking water. Parents/Adult companions are required to present the exit voucher and all kids must be present as they need to count head. Firstly, upon entrance they do not take the picture of each kids that raise some security issue during the exit because though they count heads, they have no way of telling if that is the "correct" kid/s being escorted out.The staffs are without systemic process in checking out. Secondly, as establishment is jam packed when we visit, most of the Parents/Adult companion are already irate. We are already lined up (there is no line at all, its just whoever mapansin first ng staff) for our exit voucher be check first - this took at most 15 minutes to exit the facility.

Our friend reserved 5-7pm birthday party slot. We were there at 5:30 pm and the staff said " mam 2-5pm po ang reservation" (ayaw pa kami papasukin) my reply to them "palpak kayo!!! "
