Super poor service! If I could give them a rating of 0, I would!!!! I gave my 3 diamond paintings on a saturday afternoon for framing and it is supposed to be pick up by Wednesday. I already deposited more than half of the price only to find out that my paintings wasn't framed!!!!! It was even folded and almost crumpled. The staff are so stupid to even point fingers at each other when it is clear that I have the receipt with me, proof that they accepted my paintings and my deposit. 1 week is more than enough to do those 3. Will never recommend this shop to any of my friends!!! Beware!!! You might experience the same hell they gave me!!!
