Due to weather condition the sched trip from camotes to mactan changed. Since they announced that the departure time will be 4pm and our flight fr cebu to clark is 5pm we ask the coast guard to let the jomalia depart early once all passengers aboard. The Coast Guard is very understandable in our situation. So we went to the office of Jomalia to inform them that it is okay with the coast guard. We are so relieved that Jomalia says "okay". So all passengers got their ticket and I ask why we still not boarding it is already past 2:30pm. The Jomalia Reps from the office told me thay they still waiting for their booked guest from their resort. So I told them did u call them already and they just reply that they will call them now. How INCONSIDERATE of the staff of Jomalia in our position. We informed them around 1:30pm and they'll do nothing to inform their guest to be there as early as possible. The guest arrived 3:05pm. So we did not make it to our flight. All our efforts on asking the coast guard is a waste. I will never RECOMEND any tourist to go to CAMOTES. Enjoy your money elsewhere like in Palawan, Siargao, Batanes.
