I had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at their site (jb.sports.com.ph) Paid my order during checkout but it took more than 10 emails and a FULL MONTH to know that my order was cancelled, and their acctg dept has yet to reach out to me about my refund despite my CONSTANT REQUEST EMAILS for UPDATES. Ordered the item Nov 27, 2020. It’s already Jan 3, 2021. Still no response email, still no refund. Their phone number on their site isn’t responsive either. I’ve tried calling it more than 20 times. I cannot speak for their physical store, but I won’t ever recommend using/purchasing from their site. Shoutout to Mr. Dennis Keith Cruz, this is your sign to do your damn job.
