Service is not as quick as i would wish, but quick and systematic. Staff were thorough and very helpful, even went out of their way to accommodate my needs. 4 stars only because they don't accept credit cards, but overall, very good experience.

Service is nice and straight forward if you know what you want them to do like to repair your phone. The staff was very entertaining to my questions they also replied and asked in a respectful tone, as long as they have the pieces you need then expect a fast and hassle frwe service

Worst service center! If you ever want to repair your Samsung products, don't bother even going here, look elsewhere. I have a 4 year old Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge that's kinda over used to date, I tried going here for the replacement of my battery and charging board and the technician told me that my motherboard NEEDS to be replaced. My motherboard and unit are working fine and no problem whatsoever. I told the representative that my battery, drain so fast and I can't use fast charging and even the normal charging takes a long time to charge (I had a similar experience with my S6 Edge) but they insist to replace my motherboard, which cost you about 17k Php including labor and parts. Who in their right mind will pay that price for a 4 year old phone, no more major updates and my problem is not even the motherboard but the battery and charging board. A simple replacement for these two parts but they insisted on replacing the board. Now if you want to inquire or repair your products, don't even bother going here, they will just rip you off and keep insisting that they will repair it differently.
