I missed their UNSCHEDULED call ONE TIME. And they never got back to me. Tried calling them up SEVERAL times with the numbers given to me by Samsung themselves (Because they're authorized by Samsung for repairs), and all the lines just kept ringing. So unprofessional.

Wag nyo ipagkatiwala yung mga appliances nyo dahil yung fridge namin paulit ulit silang bumalik pero di nila nakita yung MAIN PROBLEM. Nung una na ayos nila pinalitan lahat ng pyesa LAHAT SA KANILA GALING PERODI NA NILA TINATANGGAP YUNG 1 YEAR WARRANTY NA SILA DIN ANG NAGBIGAY.. tapos gusto ulit magbayad ulit kami ng 10k para papalitan ulit yung pinalitan nila dati ano to taon taon magbabayad ng 10k para sa pyesang palyado? Namemera lang maghanap na lang kayo ng ibang authorized service center.
