We called for an appointment for the periodic maintenance of our vehicle however when that day of our appointment came, we arrived 25 minutes early, they worked on our vehicle after one hour and 30 minutes. Their lunch break was long that we don't know what was happening and there was no one to speak with. We saw one staff and asked if there is nothing left to do in our vehicle we will just leave as we felt staff were unconcerned. She apologized and said they have a seminar that is why a lot are busy. How unprofessional to reason that way to a customer. They should have closed. Our vehicle did not get its car wash.
We bought isuzu flexi truck last Feb 6, 2019 but until now we dont have a copy of the OR/CR and we dont have the plates even with frequent follow up :-(
Fast service, nice costumer lounge its just we have to wait for a long time for the cashier...
