Well, the only reason why I am giving this Emission Testing Center a four-star is because this is the nearest emission test center alternative in LTO Mandaluyong except from the one inside LTO. The space is just small with very limited parking but when i went there there was no queue at all. So i was already next in line when I arrived. The cost is 450 for the emission test and they only accept cash payment. They can also improve their service by making their turnaround time faster and more efficient.
Friendly and helpful staff.I Just hope they can find ways to service more customers with less waiting time. On the side, there's always an opportunity in terms of LTO systems and processes.
