Usually cozy and a nice place to hangout. Different sets of people come here from young friends to families and students. It can get crowded from time to time. If you want peace and quiet then I don't think this is the place to go. Service is organized and People also bring food from nearby restaurants or food chains
To be fair, I tried contacting Infinitea with some of my concerns, but I never heard back from them. It was mostly about their service, but I won’t get into that. What I will say is that most of the time they’re out of the most popular flavors. They have a list of flavors they don’t have on the cash register. It can get frustrating when your favorite flavors are on that list. Sometimes it’s the same list in a span of two weeks, meaning they don’t restock very often. When I would go to this place, I had the tendency of looking at the flavors they were out of instead of the menu. I might go back to visit in a few months and hope they have my favorite drink.
