Superb service. Our dog stayed there dor 3 nights. They always reply to us when we check on our dog. Hard to get to Lancaster city though too far when travelling at night. But the service is what i am reviewing here. Also there is a lawn near the dog hotel so its so nice for pets in which they do take for outside walk 2 to 3x a day.

Our dog stayed there for 3 nights and they always reply when i ask for updates about my pet. Love the fact that they walk the dog 2x a day and there is a nearby lawn area.
