The agent we talked to here last December-January persuaded, lied, and acted very unprofessional towards us. We have paid the downpayment for our unit but they couldn’t provide a physical unit after a few weeks. We went to their Alabang branch and they have a ready unit. Asked the Imus branch to transfer the payment but said they couldn’t so we tried refunding until they said that they could transfer our downpayment to their Alabang branch. What got us mad was because our agent pleaded and tried to convince us (and even lied) just so we wouldn’t transfer to Alabang to get a unit. He tried to compensate Alabang’s offer to us but miserably failed. First of all, if he really wanted to get the client, he should’ve already gave his best offer in the beginning— but didn’t until we wanted to change branch. We waited for almost a week and kept updating them to transfer the money until they already did. We felt that they were holding our downpayment. This branch has been good to us for the past ten years or so for their services but this particular agent ruined it all. Please let your agent/s act professionally and not make irrelevant excuses just to hold the client until they’re convinced and stick to the branch.
