Clean, modern rooms and facilities with good views of the Iloilo River and surrounding area. Courteous and friendly staff. Definitely a pleasant place to recover. Even the hospital food is served with mindful presentation! A bit pricey especially for the medicines, but you get what you pay for.
Whenever someone asks me "Which hospital do you like best in Iloilo?" I would always have Medical City on top of that list. Medical City has a great facility, well trained nurses and doctors (very hospitable too). I took my mother there when she was sick and I felt like I was getting better too because the nurses were very energetic and always had a smile on their faces. It might a bit pricey compared to public hospitals but in my personal experience, you're pretty much paying the same price. It took my mother 5 days to get better at a public hospital and we paid amount X. When I took her here, it took her 3 days to get better and we paid for the same price, amount X. If you have a regular doctor, ask them if they can treat you here. The don't even give you a hard time processing your PhilHealth.
I arrived by ambulance, was admitted and well cared for.
Visit for removal of stitches.waited for 2hrs from 10-12. Not yet done.advice to come back at 1 pm. Guard on duty did no inform ahead did not even gave me que no..
topnotch facility. they handle visitors seriously which is good for their clients.
Excellent ER facility, clean and inexpensive. Parking and external area does not to the hospital any credit
They said my scheduled ultrasound is 9:10,however I ask them if what time ,they said wait between 10:30-11:30, I waited for almost 3hrs just to have an ultrasound maybe this is how they treat people who have HMO.
