Poor service. Will take you at least an hour for any transaction. I'm not sure if they're shortstaffed or what but really, it takes ages. Best to come here when you have all the time in the world. Only consolation is they're accommodating so..

Pretty and accommodating bank tellers. Transaction is not so fast as compared to other banks but it is still okay and within acceptable level. Owned by aboitiz group so I literally like it.
