Definitely disappointing -unreliable service There's a monthly maintenance but everytime their technician would come to repair, after a while, there would be another problem. -slow customer service -elevator technicians are most of the time not available They said the technician would arrive before lunch time but lo and behold, after lunch the technician is still far from our location.
