My unit is in the casa for more than 4 months now and still counting.... it was released last week but returned it to them due to back job.... hays... dissapointed.... inantay lang nila kalawangin unit ko!!!
Hard to contact service appointments. No updates about your unit unless you ask for it. My car has been in their service for a month. I get no updates and it is still hard to contact by phone or any number provided. Very disappointed.
My hyundai accent has been in the casa for almost 3 weeks and still not fix.... Now they are telling me that i nees to buy a spacer to get rid of the noise. I changed my rim/tire to set up 3 years ago and then all of a sudden they will tell me I need spacers?!!!! My car is casa maintained then all of a sudden i nees to buy spacer?!!!!
What we experienced was very inconvenient. They did not gave notice that plate number is already available for pick up. Then came, that we have to register at LTO only to find out that the plate number was not yet coordinated to LTO for encoding before they release the plate number. So we will have to wait (as their promise) for their txt again ,that never happen. Poor service .
Mr Vic is always the man here. He is very helpful in all things about your Hyundai vehicle. He should be the best employee of the year award.

My right side mirror is broken. Customer service said its a simple fix and technician can do it and advise to \just give kuya a tip\ and not have it registered thru their usual process because its going to be more expensive. Kuya was able to fix it, i gave him 1k and left. I had a hard time driving back home coz my LEFT side mirror is full of finger prints. Guess what? My issue from my right side mirror went to the left.
