So clean so good
The room at the picture is good but the other two rooms I have stayed on my three nights stay here are outdated. Cleanliness is an issue as the floor is sticky. It looks like they used a dirty mop. And dont look under the bed, you will see different trash from water bottles to you know what. They seem to forget to clean under the bed. Wifi is so slow, just use your own mobile data if you have reception. Cellphone signals are very very poor when your inside the rooms. Staffs always bow but not that accomodating. My last night i was at a waiting list number 3. They called number 4 first and let me wait for another 30mins to get a room. I would have gone to another hotel if i had a choice. They apologized through words but their body language says otherwise. Aircon is cold but needs cleaning. Has hot water in every room. Good for a night sleep.
The service is good
This is a great place to stay if you have plans to be in Tarlac for an extended stay or you are visiting the region, as I was and did not want to move big suitcases from hotel to hotel. The weekly rate is P4200 or 80.76 US. The staff are great. If you need anything they will get it. Ask for the manager Mam. Anna Marie Gonzales, she is awesome! I gave it 3 stars because it lacks amenities for the long term customer but it is still a great deal.
The place is just right for the price. Has good wifi. customer service is superb , very friendly and fast. The food is good too.very affordable. Needs to improve airconditioning since it took awhile to cool the room.
So clean so good very cold room I stay there 2 times with my family.
You get what you paid the rooms are clean the customer service is very good but they though I was Filipino and I don't want to speak Tagalog hehehe, no my friends I'm Mexicano :)
