BUY AT YOUR OWN RISKS The worst purchase experience you will ever get! Indeed the price is fair, however, if there is something wrong with your purchased item good luck. Within 7 day of purchase, my GoPro Hero7 Black is jammed after using for awhile then the gopro turned green until the battery died. Having the video proof is not enough they were asked to text the model with other micro sd card, but the store doesn't have any so i was asked to go all the way to the fixing center to do the check up.... i mean i have other cameras and have experience something similar before they and within 7 days they would just change the item without all these complications. Not to mention asking me to prove once again the model was defected by going to the iFix center... with this kind of custom service and attitude (they were suppose to send me the follow up,but i was the one chasing after their custom service for answers) i really hope that who ever is buying there will have a good luck not getting a defected model.... BUY AT YOUR OWN RISKS
Unhelpful staff -they would rather play than entertain clients, so I decided to buy on their Quiapo branch where the staff is friendly and helpful.

The worst store experience here. Unhelpful staff with no sufficient knowledge of what they are selling. I wasted my time and money here.
Horrible service. Bought a Meike flash from this store and it stopped working after only 2-3 uses in less than 2 months. Sent it back to them to fix as it is still under warranty and guess what they told me? That the issue was caused by mishandling, which is ridiculous considering I only used it 2-3 times! They told me I had to pay them to fix it, and the fee was almost the cost of the flash! And on top of that, they said that if I decided not to let them fix it, I had to pay them PhP 500 to get back the flash! The way I see it, they sell low-quality products and then rip you off when these products don't work! Will NOT buy from this store ever again!
Don't waste your time here, they will only let you test a Sony Camera if you want any other brand you have to first buy it before you can try it out and if doesn't do what you want tough they say look for online reviews. Terrible store and staff are unfriendly and no clue about the products, manager is not there either so no one cares
