This was my fourth time in Palawan, but my first to go through with Hello El Nido! I will never look back at our decision to through with you guys during our stay! They were so accommodating and hospitable from the moment we landed. The accommodation was located at the top of the office and the room had all the basic necessities. Went on Tour A, B and C with them and the communication in booking these excursions was very simple. My fiance and I will not hesitate to go back with them and we cannot wait to be here again! Thank you Hello El Nido for making our trip worth while :)

Our island hopping tour with El Nido was amazing. We got to spend a significant amount of time at each beach swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking. We were provided drinking water the entire day and had a delicious lunch - fresh fish, crab legs, mussels, fruit and vegetables. This is THE BEST and most affordable way to see all El Nido has to offer! When we return to the Philippines, we will definitely book another tour with this company!

Really Ner Balot

We booked our van transfer from San Vicente to El Nido thru Traveloka in which Hello El Nido Travel, Tours and Transport is their partner provider. Hello El Nido told us that the van transfer was scheduled at 1PM and that the dispatcher has our details already and will assist us once we arrive. So me and my fianceé hurried ourselves in order for us to catch the trip BUT upon reaching the Van Terminal, we were surprised (in a very very bad way) when the dispatcher told us that THERE IS NO SUCH TRIP scheduled and he doesn't even know us. It was a long story but to cut it short, we were trasferred to other transport provider and FORCED TO WAIT FOR 2 HOURS in the terminal to wait for the next trip which was at 3PM. As a consequence, we were unable to attend our restaurant reservation in El Nido because we arrived there at past 6PM. BTW, we paid Php672 per pax for the transpo while if you walk in, you'll just pay Php400/pax. So we paid extra for this kind of service. No compensation was made from Hello El Nido for giving us this hassle of a lifetime. We also booked El Nido Tour B thru Traveloka and you guessed it right, Hello El Nido is again their partner provider. Our hotel was not included in their pick-up and drop-off service though it is still in El Nido so we were left with no choice but to charter a tricycle for us to reach their office. We were told to be in their office before 9AM on the day of our tour and we did arrive at 8:59AM but the person in charge wasn't around so we waited for 10mins and again waited for 15mins more because we will be collected by the tour guide. Afterwhich, we were transferred again to another tour provider which was Northern Hope Travel and Tours. Never Again to this tour provider.

We chose Hello El Nido because we could book online with a credit card, unlike the other operators we interacted with. The tour cost us an extra 700 pesos/person by surprise in fees and kayak rentals (optional but necessary for time limitations). The website states the tour is from 9-4 but ours was from 10:30-3:30. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the cost was worth it. We booked with two other tour agencies and they both had more transparent pricing and tours that lasted 7 hours instead of 5 for the same experience.

The island hopping tour was really nice. We saw some beautiful beaches and lakes. There was also a good lunch included on the boat. After the tour we had a little problem but Hello El Nido handled it really well. You can expect high costumer service with this touragency!

Ever since I came back home from my vacation in the Philippines I cannot stop reminiscing and looking at my photos from Palawan. Hello El Nido Tours provided my family and I with an experience of a lifetime. Gani and his wonderful team were in constant contact that help organize the smooth trip planning and booking. Our awesome tour guide Vren was beyond friendly and helpful during our trip there. The tours provided breathtaking views that words cannot begin to describe, you'll just have to go and see for yourself. I definitely plan on coming back to El Nido and recommend booking with Hello El Nido.
