Food is good, place is ok for big family eat outs, price is fair enough, serving is quite generous, service is ok. If purpose is to simply fill the tummy, specially of a group of people (5 pax & up), its a decent place to eat Chinese food. Just don't expect too much on the set-up or ambiance. Its a typical nearby go-to Chinese resto.

Dimsum is awesome. Service is great. My favorite neighborhood chinesr resto.
Good Chinese cuisine at its best for the middle classes. But parking space would be quite a challenge especially for meal hours.
