I just got one yesterday, and based on my father (the one who chose the guitar), the owner is very friendly, and he offered a guitar original price 8,000 and gave my father 3,000 discount. But our budget is only 3,000, so the owner offered a double purpose guitar (can be acoustic and electric) for 5,000 and gave my father 2,000 discount. Seems like their customer service is great. After my father bought the guitar, the owner gave 2 free picks, free strings, and even told my father what app to use to tune the guitar (tho he already tuned it). I'm very happy with this guitar shop, let's support guitar master!

Came here all the way from US to buy a guitar in alegre but they did not have anything good for a good price range. I was able to find a better quality, better price guitar in Guitar Masters than in Alegre. I went to all the main guitar shops in mactan lapu lapu and guitar master had better quality guitars for the price. You will find similar guitars for double the price or more at alegre. Alegre is a nice place to visit to know about how it's made but too expensive to buy. Might as well buy a name brand guitar instead of alegre. Even the owner (ronnie or rommie?) Says his guitars are better. Which now I know is the truth. I got a rose wood Canadian spruce top for a really good price. So shop around at different stores, but Guitar Master is the way to go!
