Same high-quality experience you get at other Bruno's. You may need to sit for a few barbers before you find someone you can work with long term, but that's normal when looking for a new barber. I've settled with Sonny Boy because he takes his time and tries to make sure everything is how I like it, and he may be a good fit for you, but try others if he isn't.

I wanted a specific haircut. Brought a picture of said haircut. Showed picture to the stylist and was confirmed that it can be done. Offered stylist to see picture for comparison, stylist refused and said he got it. Stylist asked before shampoo if hair was ok (Bad sign #1). Hair looks too short (Bad sign #2) but I said to shampoo and gel to see how it turns out. Hair was brushed differently (Bad sign #3). Could've gotten the same haircut from a budget barber. Will not recommend.
