Very poor customer service. Not deserve to be given even a star. Given contact numbers are always unattended and messenger account did not answer further the customer queries and clarifications. In addition, water has foul odor and when stock overnight immediately formed rusty film on the container that's why we are cleaning the container always.

Merong due date at merong disconnection date sa bill. Merong 5% penalty pag hindi nabayaran ang bill after due date. Ok lang ang 5% penalty sakin kasi maliit lang naman ang bill ko kaya binabayaran ko ang water bill ko kasabay ng iba ko pang bills (after due date). It is just annoying na after a day ng due date may final notice silang pinapadala na parang harassment ang nakasulat. Tapos every Saturdays at Sundays naman walang tubig dahil hindi nyo kayang suplayan ang subdivision? Tapos ang baho ng tubig lalo na pag madaling araw. Sana ang ayusin nyo yang tubig nyo muna bago kayo mang-harass na never naman akong pumalya sa pagbabayad every month.
