Dreadful customer service. I waited ages just to get served; all I wanted was to add 50 Pesos load to my Globe account. The staff are really lazy; 5 staff members were sitting around, chatting with each other, doing nothing, while at least 15 customers were waiting. Look at this attached photo. This was taken at 10am, 8th of August. There are dozens of customers queuing out the store. This is due to abysmal customer service.

Good day, i have a concern regarding to our internet connection and the landline her in our office, i already payed my bills, but why is it i still cant connect to my landline. can you please help me fixed my concern regarding to this? i am expecting for your good services. thank you.

Sad to say that of all internet, wifi and phone services that i have used Globe has got to be at the very bottom of that list. It's incredible that although i paid my monthly bill which is always on time and as of the last 3 months has been paid advance, they had to credit my account. And with all patience and tolerance i thought just one of those things that happens. But now its gone beyond. They just seem to be disorganised, unreliable and don't really seem to have very much concerned for the customer. Which is obvious because none of these toll free numbers found online actually work. So you have the inconvenience of having to go personally and wait to be called. And looking at the number of people there it's apparent there are many unsatisfied customers. My patience and tolerance is at the end i'm considering moving on. Globe is not the only telecommunication company out there. We spend good money on these accounts, we deserve better.

Ang tagal ng action nio sa pag papa ayos ng line ng telephone namin. puro lang kayo email ng email wala naman sumasagot sa email nio.
