DO-IT with SONG

ASUS Service Center located in SM Mall of Asia, are very responsive. Though, service fee are quite expensive.

Don't waste your time coming to this place to fix your computer. They are cheaters! We went to this place to have my laptop's battery fixed. They told us to leave the laptop with them and wait for a diagnosis. It took freaking 2 weeks for a diagnosis. And their diagnosis was that it had a broken hard drive, a broken battery, a broken this and a broken that. They wanted to charge 12k. I knew my laptop was not that broken. So we pulled it out and paid 500 for the diagnosis. I went to another shop and they said that everything was fine and that we just needed to order a new battery costing 4k. By the way, the Gigahertz shop changed my freaking password too. So we had so much trouble opening my laptop in the other store. They did it on purpose. They wasted 2 freaking weeks when I needed my laptop to study. They are cheaters, idiots and I hope they get burned to the ground.

I just want to share their hardware installation and warranty service processes. I wasn't aware that you need to buy the hardware/parts from them to avail free hardware installation. If not bought from them you have to pay certain amount in my case, an installation of extra ram costs Php 500, i overheard other client was installing ssd at Php 500 also. My laptop was still under warranty so I was surprised for that rule I mentioned above. So i pay the said amount for warranty purposes though I myself know how to insert a ram to additional slot. I also did try to ask them to check for my hinge because of its creaking sound that bothers me when I open it or close it, they said it's ok but I've tested their display product same as mine and found no such creaking sound. I also asked the service guy who installed the ram to check the hinge. He said its ok. If anything far worse would happen with the hinge I would just go back there. The sales reps assist me fairly kind, as well as the two guys in the customer service center. The attitude of the fat, tomboyish woman in the customer service center could be improved though.
