I give the security staff 5 stars, he was accommodating and apoligetic. We were lined up from. 9 am to 2pm for billing and CS concerns. He still managed to stay calm and collected ever when the people were angry, hungry, and anxious. I give the management 1 star because they only had two windows and their staff can't even take a decent break because of the queue. I give the onsite customer service window staff 4 stars because she explained what happened and tried her best to resolve it. If my connection is restored within the day I will uodate this terrible review. I gibe their Social Media Support and hiteline support ZERO stars because they took a long time to respond and had no empathy. Overall, if Planet Cable and Intertnet transitioned to Streamtech smoothly they would not be disconnecting people who availed of the deferred billing like me. If I have a chance to get another provider other than PLDT and Converge would go for it. Planet/StreamTech needs to level up up their customer experience to be a smarter choice compared to bigger players and competition. My customer experience was terrible, the quality is not as expected, and their resolution time frame was almost as bad. It would help to have a number system for people queue next time and a better online payment interface.

Worst customer service. Walang makausap. 25 mbps, but their speed test shows 6 to 7 mbps.2 days walang internet service and they do not even prorate the bill.
poor servive. from 50 mbps to 3 mbps real quick its been 2 weekshaving that kind od problem

Poor internet service, customer service, technical support and system. Hotlines are useless because no one answers; but messages come when it's time to pay. GMA Cavite office is like a construction site. The staff is indifferent and unprofessional. Like this is really from another planet.
