Pre-ordered the PS5 here and never got my console. Was supposed to get it at launch (December 11) but they said it would be delayed to before Christmas. I never got it. They then said it would be until the end of the year but again none. Had a mediation meeting with DTI, and they promised to prioritize my unit for the second batch. When the second batch of preorders and they said we were not included in the allocation as ours would come this February, but they could not give a specific date. Unresponsive customer service. They say they will provide updates but they never do and I initiated all the calls in order to get updated. Oh, and one of their employees went rogue, went ahead and asked 1,000 pesos extra from me to take care of the shipping of my unit, but it turns out it was a scam, and they said they have fired the employee already. However, they have not given the 1,000 peso back. Don't buy from this poor excuse of a retail shop

Avoid at all cost! Preordered a PS5 on Nov 20 then paid in full and was asked another fee to insure the package. Customer support hardly replies then come Dec 11 you get a call that there's been a problem which they don't provide any details. What's infuriating is you see them give away the console to their streamers for free bypassing the queue. Very rude customer support. Order # 1306.

Ultimate scammer. DO NOT buy online or even at their store. Purchased a phone online and deposited the amount of almost 20k but to our dismay they told us the phone is out of stock. The money was never refunded even at almost a tireless effort to have it back. Would like to settle this on a legal sanction soon.
The sales people are rude and also clueless about their products. Very unhelpful, bored looking and curt in their responses. Was going to buy a ps4 controller but decided to take my business elsewhere due to the salesman acting like a surly teen girl. Oh well vote with your wallet.
