Very good food and dining atmosphere. Each dish stays true to being organic and their smoothies are heavenly. In my case, the salad bar is also a must-try because of all the different combinations and varieties of fruits, vegetables and dressings to select. They also have a selection of piaya and native organic products on shelves. Great place for those who are health-conscious. The only downside is the small servings of meals doesn’t really justify their high prices. Though understandable since it is situated in a mall.

Ive always enjoyed fresh start until recently. The other part of the menu is great, however the brunch side of the menu is disappointing. Don't charge 250php for a meal with less than 50g of protein.

Only Fresh Start Robinsons Mall Mandalangan Bacolod makes to order items. So expect to wait for food as it's not already made like some items at SM Bacolod location. Staff at Robinsons is also friendly and willing to ensure good experience.

Good to see something like this in Bacolod. The pizza was too sweet for my taste, but the crust was good. The sweet potato chicken pie didn't have much chicken in it. And the chicken pieces didn't taste fresh. The juices where good though. I'll come back for the juice but not for the food, unless they improve.

I hate having to write this because I appreciate your food and spirit. But don't close at 8pm. Especially when the time on your info here says 9pm. Not only 8pm is much too early to close, it must be 11pm, but also you waste my time going there for nothing. Come on wakey wakey.

The vegetarian options are quite poor. Their tofu kare-kare is like a dessert. It’s super sweet! Very slow service. There are at least 5 people in the kitchen and it took them ages to prepare the dish and even give out the bill.
