Don't hire from this company if you can avoid it. Or check the bike over thoroughly before you take it. We hired a bike and within 1hr of using it got a flat tire, we rang the company for support and were told to sort it out ourselves- which we did. We paid to get the tyre fixed at a nearby workshop and went on our way. Within 1km of riding it the tyre went flat again, unsure of whether it was a bad repair job or an actual issue with the wheel we decided to walk it to a nearby resort and contact the company to pick their bike up. We caught tricycles for the rest of the day. When we returned to El Nido we spoke to the company to get a refund for the bike which they were insisted on not giving. So we paid 500p for a bike we rode for about an hour, an extra 100p on repairing the tyre and 2000p on tricycles that we wouldn't have spent if they maintained their bikes properly. Not a good time
