Good customer service
In fairness with this service center, good service was given to me credit to the SA who assisted me. My only complain is about the AC that makes costumer feel uncomfortable while waiting for the release of their car.
These people can’t even answer the phone. If you want to book your car for service, the only way it to physically drive there. So at least two trips for a simple service. Appalling !
Just like most of Ford dealerships, they are just good on pre-sales and 1-2 years after that. Went for PMS on a regular basis but still had to go to my trusted mechanic to double check their work. One time Ford service advisor told me that my break pads had to be replaced already but guess what, I went to my mechanic and showed me the pads and it's still okay! Like almost new. Ford advisor also told me that my break fluids need no top-up yet (no idea) but wen I went home and had to check it, my break fluid is almost empty! Imagine the horror when you lose break at SCTEX or NLEX!! These are just some of the instances. Will never go back there for my PMS. I cannot even see what they are doing on my car. How can you trust them for that? Nevertheless, kudos to Jermalyn for a good costumer service.
Very poor customer service. The manager is unreliable. Sales consultant are ignorant of their own product. Nothing is good about their service, it took me a month before they can give me my unit and almost 1 whole day to release my car. I will never transact to this ford branch again.
