WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT!! THE TECHNICIAN THAT INSTALLS OUR BIOMETRIC DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THEIR PRODUCT. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE WE BUY THEM BUT UNTIL NOW ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, WHEN WE CALL THE WINNER'S STAFF MS. MARICRIS, SHE KEPT ON INSISTING THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE! THEY ALWAYS CHARGE FOR THEM TO FIX SOME MINOR PROBLEM WHERE IN FACT IT SHOULD BE WORKING PROPERLY WHEN THEY INSTALL IT! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY!! NOT RECOMMENDED!

This is the answer to Ms. Gina Punzal review. Our Technical team have taught you how to use the software and installed it to another computer. Because your own computer is having issues when my technical team was installing the software. So my techical installed it in another computer and it worked. Our deal was installation and training for one day. But you requested for another day. We gave you another day of training with out charge. After several weeks you called our office and requested to reinstall the software to another computer. You wanted it to be installed in your own computer was having problem during the first installation. For the 3rd time we will need to charge you. But you requested to me directly not to charge you and wave the charges for your request of 3rd support. I told you that we will give in to your request and give you free extra day training for the 3rd time but only on saturdays. You informed us that you don't have work on saturdays. We will only give you free training on saturday. So because of this Issue, I talk directly to your boss. Your boss told me to wave the fee. I told him i will give free training only on saturday. Then he asked you while me and your boss was talking on the phone why you didn't told him that i will give a free training during saturdays and you can just tell your people to go in to work on saturday for the training. So this means that you hide and didn't inform your boss what was the real thing. But because your Boss and I had a good conversation, i waved the 3rd installation request of your company because of having a conversation with your boss who knows how to discuss matters well. You gave us a false review same as what you lied to us and not telling your boss the real thing. I need to tell the truth what really happened to let the people know. You started this issue Ms. Gina Punzal. You can deal with me directly in anyway. Thank you very much.
