This is C and M in the menu. M was not as spicy as I expected. It was OK, I'm not familiar with the ingredients that would make it more authentic. If you like the rice toasted you should not mix it immediately.

This is your typical cantonese-style restaurant popular with the younger set for a quick, tasty, no fuss meal. Except that it is located in the heart of Salcedo Village, Makati. Many order to go or “tapaw” that even the locals in the counter know the word. Yes, the meal tends to be a bit greasy but this is typically Chinese. Yes, the sunny side up egg is well done as this is the instructions of the young couple that own this place. Next time you order, just say lessen the oil and how you want the egg cooked. I came in before 12 noon and they had only about 8 people dining. At 12:10pm, the Queue was getting long. This place seats 80 on over 120 SqM, a second floor section is available. With about 25 staff to serve you your meal.
Got into Makati early and was looking something hot and filling. Came across Fantaste. Really liked their thin meat porridge (congee) with Century egg bits. Will come back to try the rest of the menu.
Yummy chinese rice meals in hot pots. A bit pricey around P300 per person, and a bit oily. But hey its chinese food. Enjoyed my meal.
It doesn't taste as good as you think. But it's authentic Chinese flavor. No way, compared with China, but it's good to be able to eat in a foreign country.
Claypot rice. Variety of topping choice.
Bad hygiene for the price range ( a lot of flies). Food was bad too.
This place is highly recommended. The food is very good.
