very satisfying service I will surely come back and refer my friends... i was just looking around and they still assisted me enthusiastically and they told me they could fix my eyeglasses and i have it fixed kudos to the optician

I was there 2 weeks ago looking for glasses, I saw Ray bans for 10500. I wanted to think about it so I didn't get them right away. Today I walked in the store to purchase them and I see they raised their price to 13000.. I ask why would you do such a thing. Told them I would like the same price posted as before and they refused. Wouldn't go to a place that week by week changes their prices. The manager didn't care and told me to respect the new price.

This is the worst Optical I've ever encountered. The Optometrist who handled me were not very professional. She got my refraction wrong so she had to schedule me for troubleshoot. She took a day off on my troble shoot!!! Who does that? Other optometrists attended to my needs but I am so disappointed with this old doctor. The staff are all nice but I lost all my trust in this clinic because of their Doctor. Will not go back here again. Find yourselves a good optical with a good doctor

HORRIBLE SERVICE, installed the wrong lense and gave wrong information about its availability. Wasted my time thrice in trying to claim my glasses. Go to a much more reliable store, you'll see same selection there anyway.
