the review here are not from customers. We brought two brand new top of the range units for Experia, both unit leaked gas from day one and would not keep working for more than a few weeks. Experia took several weeks to send anyone out to look at the units. And when they did it was at 5 and 6pm. Both units continued to leak over the warranty period and Experia never found or fixed the fault. I eventually found a skilled Air cond engineer to look at the unit. Both condensers are leaking gas, and need replacing. Experia refuses to take any responsibility for these units. They simply say bad luck they are out of warranty. My advice is be very careful with this company, they will not stand by their work, and if it fails good luck getting any support to fix it. They are spineless people.. I would never deal with these cowards again.

If your applying for a job this company is not recommended. The manager is rude even to interviewees.

Cheapest dealer and contractor in town, carrying famous international brands of airconditioning units. Responsive after sales and reliable service team.
Our newly installed Carrier Inverter series split-type airconditioning unit in our room at our newly built home at Southvale Sonera had several problems. First was it was not becoming cold due to a freon problem. It was fixed after more than a week of waiting for their technician. Then, now on first overnight use, it suddenly started to leak water drops in front of the aircon unit. Now we are waiting for almost a week again now for their technician to arrive. Is this really a brand new unit? Are their technicians competent at all? How long do we need to wait to get a quick and decent after sales customer service?
