Visited the place for a friend's party. It was easy to locate. The place is highly secured and private. And you can hear trains pass by from time to time.

Review from a tenant. Avoid South Escaladas. Cheap building quality, bad maintenance. We got the place initially because its cheap but there are better placeas close by. Up till today we do not have the signed contract nor did we receive a single OR for our payments despite several follow ups. In short, South Escalades is a cheap copy of Rhapsody Residences with service that sucks once you moved it
