I had a good working experience here in the field. I traveled Cagayan, Isabela, Benguet, Pangasinan, Pampanga, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite and Camarines Sur provinces for various consumer products. Working here is good if you like to travel for free. I worked in the company from July 2015 to December 2016. The only downside is that statutory benefits are NOT being applied and practiced by this company. Statutory means mandated by the state, so it is mandatory for the company to provide employee benefits at whatever status of the employee. No valid excuse for not doing this to your employees. This company is a sub-contractor of other bigger research agencies (like Nielsen Philippines) and is not an excuse not to provide these benefits. So if you plan to work here, please be aware that you will not get employee benefits like SSS, Pag-IBIG and PhilHeath contributions. Even if you're willing to do so, the company is hesitant to contribute the employer-share. The company started in 1988 (just a guess) but until now they are not doing these benefits for their employees. If the company is now willing to provide these benefits then it's worth working for.
