Disappointed how my Oreo Cheesecake Milktea was served - pearls uncooked. But they refunded it instead after writing to their FB Page. But the pancakes were ok. Worth the price 140 pesos to 160 pesos. Few servings of blueberries so I had to add some when I got home since it was my sons favorite. Its still on hype so expect some long ques and switches of orders. So better check your order once received to avoid inconvenience And staffs??? Naaaahhh not so friendly at all

Excited to try it out because of the hype. But was surprised to see that there were only a couple of customers dining when we went there. Idk maybe because of the pandemic or prolly the hype just went down. We ordered Original Maple with ice cream on the side. The order was served in less than 15 mins. The pancake was indeed fluffy and soft however tastes just okay, I guess I was expecting something special. The vanilla ice cream was bland so just don't get it. If you wish to get their fruit tea go with the "regular tea". Ours were the carbonated ones and it taste like sprite.

Pancake - there's no denying that their pancake was really fluffy and looks good, but the sauce I would say is bland. I don't know maybe my expectations are just high? \u200dStaff/service - I hope they could have improve more on their customer service, might add or apologize for the wait.... Like more than an hour. I hope they would add more employees to monitor and clean the tables. Btw, we were given a heads up that it would take an hour before our order got served, which was almost correct. It was 1 hr and 15mins. Place - quite small and few chairs available. Recommend - I would probably recommend this after the hype. Or at least try to satisfy your curiosity tastebuds

Overrated. Yes, it's fluffy and jiggly. It's not your ordinary pancake. It looks really fancy but it doesn't give you that 'wow' moment to keep you on coming back. Sorry. Maybe it's just me. Try it for yourself. I bought a 160-peso blueberry cheesecake pancake and i think that Starbuck's 150-peso cheesecake is waaaay better.

Placed an order at 3:25pm, Received at 5:35pm. And we can definitely say... IT IS NOT WORTH THE WAIT.

We went here on 07 March 2020, Thursday at 12 PM. The line was short but you will have to wait an hour pa before you can claim your order because of the number of orders that are still pending. So we told the attendant that we will come back for it in an hour. Luckily, when we got back, we saw a vacant chair but the table is not wiped clean. Nobody is cleaning the tables. We ordered the Creme Brulee and Blueberry Pancakes. In my honest opinion, it's just like a "mamon" poured over with the sauce of your choice. My girlfriend laughed when I told her that because she realized that it's true. The soufflé pancakes that we tasted in Osaka, Japan are much much better than these pancakes. tl;dr: Tables are messy. Hours of waiting before you get your order. It's just like eating "Mamon" with sauce all over it.

No one cleans trash. Not too long line but the waiting time is awful! Waited an hour for the pancake. Not worth it.

The few tables are FULL of other people's trash (no one cleans them up, and there's no trash can around). The wait is horrendous. For the taste of the pancake, it's not worth it.
