Was offered with a frame and was told that the price is for the complete package and when I agreed to avail, I was informed that there will be additional cost just when I was just about to have my eyes checked. I mean sales is important, but you should inform your customers well. Though I have to commend them for being accommodating to customers.

I went to EO to have my lenses updated. They were quite unprofessional and they rushed me, giving me the wrong grade for my glasses. I double checked my grade with other optometrists and the grade EO gave was inconsistent. EO insisted that they were correct even though the glasses made me dizzy. Poor customer experience to boot; the whole place felt like a fast food restaurant but with glasses.
