For now, its a bad first impression. Services looks appealing so I tried to contact them for a possible visit (probably before the holidays). Unfortunately, they have an attitude. Behind their messenger, is an impatient and grouchy person who don't really have patience to entertain inquiries regarding their services/prices. Surprisingly, they blocked me in messenger (I never experienced this kind of treatment from other clinics or businesses) for asking follow-up questions and repeated questions they keep missing to answer. I hope you learn to be more humble and treat your customers equally, show more politeness to both prospects and customers. I do not really want to post this review but what they did is very immature and unprofessional. I know you are better than this .

Very safe in their premises. Always disinfected. Interior is very posh but not intimidating. Staff is very friendly. But the service is what sets it apart. After every session you feel good about yourself.

Very professional staff, I have informed them before hand that I'm from Palo Alto California USA and would visit their clinic soon for a vacation, they have been answering my questions diligently with no hesitation knowing that im not from Manila. I have asked my nephew from Marikina to visit them and get a service for me to know the experience, all he can say is that\THE BEST PLACE TITA \ feeling ko ang yaman ko pagpasok ko , di sila judgmental. Envi wait for me and my son I will surely visit you. UPDATE: just an update I finally had the chance to visit this December.Envi has the best service ever, 15 out of 10. they have definitely exceeded my expectation, value for money is the best, not only they take care of you but their staff & customer service is way beyond what is expected from them. honestly, they are like your new family, they text you reminding you to eat healthily and clean your face every single day, I mean who does that? no extra cost. thank sir Angelo for creating Envi, and giving the proper value for money, and not compromising the quality and materials needed, I'm I nurse in the USA Los Angeles California and your clinic standards surpass our standards for safety and cleanliness. I'm excited for my next visit this January 2021.

Envi Skin, Beauty & Wellness Center has more than exceeded my expectations when it comes to Dermatological Skin Care. I have been to a couple of Derm Clinics back in California and I must say, Envi has been the best clinic I have ever been. Cleanliness: The facility is immaculate! From the moment you walk in, they make sure you are sanitized. You walk in and wear a clinical robe. Get your temp checked and stand in front of a sanitation area. It's fun. The floors are shiny and the smell is wonderful! Customer Service: This is a make or break for me. No matter how awesome the location is, if the people are rude or intimidating, its a nahh! But here, as soon as I walked in, it felt like you have friends working there! Ms. Paula was awesome. She made sure I felt comfortable and chatted with me while waiting for Sir Angelo. It wasn't even about selling me the place. Just a regular \how was your day\ kind of deal. It was refreshing. Sir Angelo knows how to make his clients comfortable as well. Consultation with him was very easy breezy! He didn't make me feel conscious or intimidated. Ms Ces made sure that I was relaxed during my treatment. Treatments: Amazing.. just amazing... I am only on my 4th day after my first set of treatments and I am already seeing results. With the whole treatment plan that Sir Angelo created for me, I feel very confident with the results. Overall: I recommend this place 100%! If you are worried about walking into a very intimidating, up-selling, very \judgy\ place, don't be! Everything here is just like walking into a family owned establishment. No one will look at you like you're hopeless. They welcome you in and take care of you, like you're in the right place. PS. Prices are affordable too! They offer a lot of packages and discounts (depending on availability). Of course I am comparing it with all the wasted money I spent in the US. lol
