This testing center is in Laguna. I went to Cavite to renew the registration. Funny, this Cavite LTO had to check my car more meticulously simply because testing was done in Laguna. Waste of time and energy.

During GCQ, they will only accept scheduled visits. If you're not on their schedule, they won't entertain you. One person talked down to me as if it were my fault I was given the incorrect schedule when someone already told him it wasn't. Everyone else was nice.
