very expensive service charge for repair.

They cancelled/rescheduled my appointment 3 times! Even after I informed them that I had to travel an hour or more to where the piano was. So they wasted my time 3 times and they wanted to make it 4 so I said enough. Very unprofessional. - I don't know how to reply to your response but, no you did not go to our house.
