Just set an appointment online, as they only accept those with online appointments. It was so easy, just go there, make the payments, and they installed it right away.. the location was under the skyway I think, a bit confusing with road works going on..

This place is where you can have your RFID stickers installed for NLEX, TPLEX, CAVITEX, southlink. This branch is by appointment only so you'll have to go to their website and make an appointment. Once you have an appointment, it's quite easy to just go here and get your stickers. You can also reload here. There's a small parking area. This place is located underneath the C5 extension southlink accessible through West service road.
Applied for a merge RFID last September until now I haven't recieved my card. I had emailed customer service no response and customer hotline if not busy no one is answering the call. Very poor customer service.
It was a smooth transaction.
