Bad public service! I went there yesterday between 3:00pm to 3:30pm and the Police officer at the front desk asked me about the details of the incident that happened. Before I go on further, my Samsung A7 was stolen in the bus at around 5:40 to 5:45am near Boni/Reliance from Crossing Starmall because of a modus especially since the bus was packed with commuters. I was telling my side of the story but the Police officer was insinuating that it was my fault as he was asking why I put it on the side pocket of my bad... maybe because it's a pocket and that's one of it's purpose. That was strike one for me but I let it go and continue with my story. I was very mad when he suddenly said that it's not within the jurisdiction of their precinct even though it happened between Starmall Crossing and Boni/Reliance. I walked out and didn't listen to what he was about to say as I don't want to be disrespectful. Moral of the story, change definitely has not yet come (based on my personal experience) as they are still useless as they were in the previous administration.
