It is positioned to lead the way in promoting the Eastern Caribbean as a high-value investment region for businesspersons and a world-class tourism destination for couples and families. In addition, the Chamber is determined to support the governments of these countries in strengthening alliances within Southeast Asia not only in economic and cultural aspects but also in other global matters such as the ongoing Middle Eastern conflict and Climate Change. The Chamber is a non-government voluntary organization that intends to serve as a facilitator enabling trade, investment and tourism and also to be an avenue in fostering international relations for these Eastern Caribbean States.
