Well they threatened me to sue for an amount I didnt even know I owe. Im 100% sure all my bills were paid before my postpaid line with Globe was terminated. Ill counter sue you, let see how far you want to go chasing that 1kish amount you pulled out of thin air.

Collection agency that does not do its job properly and resorts to threatening legal action on their first email. I was not aware that I have an outstanding balance with Globe. I am not informed by Globe that I have a balance and this BPO collection agency's first email to me says that I am refusing to pay the said balance despite epeated demands\ and this \only shows malice and callousness on your part certainly designed to cause damage to our client\. And they will take legal action 5 days after the receipt of the email. Wow. They cannot even show me an email or a proof that they called me before this threatening letter. The said account was terminated on 2018 and Globe said my account was clear, so this is was an unpleasant surprise that made me leave this review to this company with repulsive practices. Do you know the amount that they said I owe to Globe? P 557.5. A legal action for P 557.5.
